Purchase limit per user on tuboleto.cultura.pe

The limit on tuboleto.cultura.pe is five tickets per user.
When booking, select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
Remember, you can only purchase a maximum of five tickets per reservation, so plan accordingly if you’re traveling with a larger group. If your group has more than five people, a second user will need to create an account and make a separate reservation.

Payment is made on Tuboleto.cultura.pe.

After completing the previous steps, proceed with payment for your tickets on the same website. The platform is secure and easy to use.
Please note that a bank commission fee will be added depending on your country and credit card provider. This fee is not included in the ticket price and typically ranges from 4% to 6%.

Important note:

It is essential to verify the payment with your bank.
Sometimes, the Ministry of Culture’s booking system experiences technical issues, and your reservation might not be completed even after payment. If this happens, you could arrive at Machu Picchu and find that your tickets are missing.

After making the payment, we strongly recommend taking a screenshot or photo of the confirmation screen. This image will serve as proof of payment if any issues arise.

News:

The Minister of Culture, Leslie Urteaga, emphasized that this new platform is part of a joint effort with various entities to offer easier and more transparent access to the cultural heritage of Machu Picchu. Additionally, it was announced that the on-site sale of a thousand tickets in Machupicchu Pueblo will continue to be available, aiming to diversify the cultural and tourist offer.
